Mixed greens, peas & pea tendrils, sunflower shoots & seeds, roast corn, roast carrots, herbed polenta, roast carrot vinaigrette

Roasted Eggplant Salad
Mixed greens, zucchini, summer squash, asparagus, eggplant, celery, spelt berries, sun-dried tomato & roast garlic puree, lemon vinaigrette

Shrimp Roll
Shrimp salad (shrimp, lemon, Old Bay, key lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, tarragon, shrimp paste, lemon, red pepper, celery, Tobasco sauce), hard-boiled egg, cucumber served on a King’s Hawaiian roll
